PAYMENT TERMS

FloridaInfusion offers several convenient payment term options including our money saving "Rapid Pay" plan. We are also pleased to accept credit cards including Visa and MasterCard at the time of order. Simply complete the credit application for quick approval. Once your application has been processed you will be offered payment terms and a credit line commensurate with your purchasing needs and financial strength. Our standard payment terms are Net 30 Days. Or you will be cleared to make payment on your credit card at the time of order, your choice. Please contact our Customer Service department for details.

FINANCE CHARGES

Finance charges shall accrue at an APR of 18% on purchases that remain unpaid past their due date until paid (8.5% in Alaska and Arkansas and 8% in Minnesota), or if lower, the maximum permitted under applicable law.

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders received before 3:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) will be processed the same day. Orders for $500 or more are shipped prepaid. All back orders are shipped freight prepaid. Customers requesting special order handling will be billed the actual expense, unless special circumstances prevail or FloridaInfusion/NationsDrug is in error.

MINIMUM ORDERS
Orders of less than $30 will be assessed a $5.00 handling and shipping charge. Orders of less than $500 will be shipped prepaid with actual freight charges added at the time of invoicing.

FREIGHT
Drug shipments outside of the state of Florida are shipped freight prepaid via next-day standard air service. Items requiring refrigeration during shipment will be shipped Monday through Thursday for next day delivery. Refrigerated items shipped Friday will be delivered on Monday. Medical supplies are shipped freight prepaid via ground service for delivery between 2-5 days.

PRICES
Prices are subject to change without notice based upon manufacturer price increases. We will be happy to quote, upon request, current prices at the time of the order.

DAMAGES
If goods arrive in a broken or damaged condition, the receiving party should request the carrier to note the nature of the damage or breakage on the delivery receipt and should notify Florida Infusion/NationsDrug. Our responsibility for loss of, damage to, or delay in shipment of goods shall not, in any event, exceed the replacement cost of the shipment.

Any discrepancies, shortages, or damages must be reported within 24 hours. Sorry, no exceptions.

RETURN GOODS POLICY
All returns must be authorized by Florida Infusion/NationsDrug. A Return Goods Authorization Form will be mailed for all approved returns, a copy of which must accompany the returned goods. Florida Infusion/NationsDrug will accept the following returns:

Items Shipped in Error
Full credit. We will refund freight expenses.

Overstock items
A 10% processing fee will be applied. Dated products must be received with at least 6 months shelf life. Products must be shipped prepaid. To comply with the Drug Marketing Prescription Act, all items returned for restock must be guaranteed to have been stored under sanitary conditions and within the appropriate temperature and humidity requirements.

Outdated Items
Outdated goods must be returned within 6 months after the expiration date. A 15% processing fee will be applied to the amount of credit obtained by the manufacturer.

NON-RETURNABLE MERCHANDISE
Refrigerated products, expired products retained for more than 6 months past the date of expiration., items not returnable to the original manufacturer.
